Pasture-Raised Pork

Whole Hog: $900 + sales tax

Purchasing a whole hog, fully and beautifully grazed, from us will give you a variety of options to choose from to fit your family’s needs. This is our most economic purchase option and gets you the most bang for your buck. The whole hog will be approximately 300-350 pounds on the hoof which should net approximately 120-150 pounds of packaged pasture raised pork. This price plus butcher costs works out to about $8/lb, netting a stocked freezer sure to feed your family for a year! A non-refundable deposit of $450 is required at the time of purchase to reserve your whole hog. The final deposit will be collected one month prior to butchering. Cut sheets will also be provided one month prior to the butcher date where you will be able to make selections on your individual cuts desired for your family. 1/2 Hog: $450.00 + sales tax

Purchasing a half hog, fully and beautifully grazed, will provide approximately 75 pounds of packaged pasture-raised pork for you and your family to enjoy. At the time of purchase, the full $450 will be paid up front. Like the whole hog order process, customers will also be provided a cut sheet one month prior to the butcher date where requests can be made on preferred cut selections.
